More information from this presenter:
You may have seen the viral Tik Toks on Chinese dietary and lifestyle hacks, or heard about ginseng, reishi, acupuncture or acupressure. These ideas hail from a medical tradition dating over 2500 years old, called Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). TCM has evolved with the times, and includes herbal medicine, nutrition, acupuncture, acupressure, qi gong, tai chi and many other aspects. Bring all your health questions to this introductory talk about TCM, by a local, licensed practitioner with over 14 years clinical experience supporting people through complex, chronic illnesses.
