If you can’t make it to the Library for Launch Day\, you can still register at any other time throughout the summer months. The Club has options for pre-readers as well as a variety of accessible formats\, so please let us know what best suits your family. \nHow does it Work? There is no specific required reading – this program is about celebrating what kids love to read and encouraging them to keep reading through the summer months! When you visit the Library after registering\, kids are invited to tell Library staff about what they’ve been reading\, and they then have the chance to choose a prize from the treasure chest. This program is tailored to preschool children\, but we love to see all ages enjoy the stories and songs. \nOnce a month\, our friend Johanne helps us learn songs in French\, and brings a favourite French story to share! \nNo registration is required.  \nJULY AND AUGUST: When the weather permits\, we will be meeting in King Edward Park! Bring your picnic blanket and your singing voice for this special summer version of Song & Story Hour. If the weather is foul\, we’ll meet in the Library.
